Gives you time to fill out a quick waiver and meet your instructor before class starts.

Wear Comfortable Clothes

Athletic wear you can move in. No uniform needed for your first class — we'll cover that if you decide to continue.

Ask for Us at the Door

Let the front desk know you're here for your free trial class and we'll take it from there.
